Surrendered BH kills ex-wife for 'cheating'



Borno State Police Command has arrested one Dauda Musa, a repentant Boko Haram member who allegedly killed his ex-wife in Borno.

ASP. Sani Kamilu Shatambaya, police public relations officer who paraded the suspect before newsmen said he was arrested after declaring the suspect wanted.

It was gathered that the suspect killed the divorced wife after he caught her with another man, allegedly her boyfriend.

He killed and buried her in a shallow grave.

According to the suspect, who spoke in an interview, he caught 'her with the man in the bush, I threw a hoe at the man and unfortunately, it hit her in the head of the woman, after which she died.'
