Thinklab Group has donated N5 million to the Nigerian Institute of Architects, NIA, Niger State Chapter, and assured its commitment to construct the chapter’s new secretariat building.

The contribution supports the NIA Niger Chapter’s 40th anniversary celebration and the foundation ceremony for its secretariat, designated ‘Umaru Mohammed Bago House.’

The anniversary event will hold on November 4, 2025.

The company employs architects in the state and has a record of supporting the NIA.

Yerima acknowledged Kori’s contributions to professional growth and sought continued collaboration on the secretariat’s development.

Kori reaffirmed Thinklab Group’s commitment to supporting professional bodies and promoting development.

He confirmed the N5 million donation and announced the company’s readiness to fund part of the secretariat’s construction.

The NIA Niger Chapter delegation praised Thinklab Group’s support and recognized its role in advancing architecture and infrastructure in Niger State, describing Kori as ‘a friend and family to the state.’

Appeal for support

Conflict Reporting is dangerous and risky. Our reporters constantly face life-threatening challenges, sometimes surviving ambushes, kidnap attempts and attacks by the whiskers as they travel and go into communities to get authentic and firsthand information. But we dare it every day, nonetheless, in order to keep you informed of the true situation of the victims, the trends in the conflicts and ultimately help in peace building processes. But these come at huge cost to us. We are therefore appealing to you to help our cause by donating to us through any of the following means. You can also donate working tools, which are even more primary to our work. We thank you sincerely as you help our cause.
